If you are staying at a Disney Resort, there will be limited shuttle transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and other Disney locations. Renting a car is recommended if you want more flexibility in your schedule and trip itinerary. We are currently working on rental car discounts with local companies, check back soon.

Opening Ceremony starts at 9:30 a.m. on June 5th, 2022, at Exploria Stadium in Orlando, Florida.

Yes, every person entering a Disney Park will need to purchase a ticket and make a reservation in advance. You will be able to reserve your spots through the USA Games Disney Booking Site coming soon!

Yes, you can register them as a part of your family or they can register themselves. They just need to have the name of the athlete they are coming to support.
Yes, children 3 and under don’t need a Family ticket. However children under 3 years old will not be issued a ticket to Opening Ceremony and will have to sit on an adult's lap. A child's ticket would have to be purchased to guarantee a seat. Anyone 4 and older would need to purchase a child’s ticket. Children 3 and under can still attend Opening Ceremony and the theme park party.
You can pick up your Credential at the official Family Packet Pickup at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex on June 4th and 5th, 2022. If you plan to arrive anytime, after those dates, you can pick up your Credential at the Family Service Center at the ESPN World of Sports Complex Arena. More details TBA.

Opening Ceremony Ticketing
With paperless ticketing you are able to enter the stadium without the need of a physical ticket. No more worries about losing a ticket or realizing you left your ticket at home. You can use our mobile USA Games App, Orlando City’s LionNation app, available free from the app store and play store, or your Ticketmaster AccountManager via the browser on your smartphone to access your ticket. Just scan your ticket upon entry as if it was a physical ticket, and you’re in!
Once you have accessed your ticketing account, you will see all your tickets for upcoming games under the "View Tickets" tab on the website or on the tickets tab in the app. Simply tap on the event you wish to view tickets for, and you'll see your digital ticket. If you have multiple tickets you can swipe left and right to view them. For entry into the stadium, just scan this ticket at the gate pedestal.
Tickets will be available as soon as you purchase your tickets.
Yes. Once you tap on USA Games Opening Ceremony, you will be able to swipe left and right through the available tickets. However, we encourage you to send a ticket to each person in your group so that they may easily travel throughout the stadium during Opening Ceremony.
No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted, as our mobile tickets include an animation to ensure the tickets are verified. Mobile tickets must be presented within the app, the mobile website, or within your smartphone’s wallet.
If do not have a smartphone for any reason, you’ll need to visit the Box Office (located at Gate A on Church Street). Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.
You’ll need to transfer each member their ticket individually if they are not entering with you. Each person entering the stadium will need a ticket at time of entry.
If you bought the tickets for a friend or family member, you would need to transfer the tickets to them which you can do through the USA Games App, LionNation app, or Ticketmaster Account Manager. It’s easy – select Opening Ceremony from the event list, select ‘Transfer Tickets’ and enter the email address. Once you transfer tickets, the recipient will receive an email notification. They will need to accept the transfer at which point the tickets will be in their account. (They must ‘accept the transfer’ to access the tickets.)
Click on the "View Tickets" tab on the Orlando City Account Manager website, and you should see all Incoming Ticket Offers. Click accept to complete the transfer of the ticket. You can only access pending incoming transfers on the Account Manager website at this time.
Yes. If they don’t have one already, they will need create a ticketing account in the acceptance process.
As long as the tickets have not been accepted by the recipient, you can cancel a transfer within the USA Games App, LionNation app, or within your online Account Manager.
Tickets may be transferred throughout Opening Ceremony. Once the ticket is scanned, it will no longer be available for entry into the stadium.
